Spearmint, Eucalyptus, & Lavender Herbal Blend

Sniffles and sinus woes are little match for this blend of powerful herbs. I reach for my stash of these herbs whenever I feel a bit of sinus pressure or a stuffy nose. It works wonderfully as a simmer pot and will fill the entire space with an aroma sure to relief these annoying symptoms. If you're into taking hot, steamy showers- toss some in a satchel and hang it on your showerhead for easy breathing. 

This blend can also be prepared as a tea with a bit of honey for some sore throat relief. As with any herbal remedies, use discretion and seek out Dr's advice if you have any health condition that could be worsened by any of the ingredients. Eucalyptus Leaves in tea are safe if consumed in moderation, but too much can be toxic. Please do not make one giant cup of tea with the entire jar. 

This blend is great for easing symptoms of cold weather ailments but should not be used as a replacement for modern medicine. Be smart about it!
